1. How can I edit my contact information?

Your contact information is used for communication with tenants, owners, and vendors, as well as being displayed on rent reminders that are scheduled to be sent to tenants. You can edit your contact information any time from your Account Settings:

1. Click on the Account Settings link at the top right corner of the page.

2. Click on the Expand link to the right of the Profile Information section title. This will expand the section to show you your information.

3. Click on the "Edit Contact Information" link to edit your contact information.

2. How can I change the email address where I receive all my TReXGlobal communications?

TReXGlobal sends all email notifications to your user account email address by default. If you wish to receive these notification emails at a different email address, you can change it as follows:

1. Click on the Account Settings link at the top right corner of the page.

2. Click on the Expand link to the right of the Profile Information section title. This will expand the section to show you your information.

3. Click on the "Edit Notification Email" link to enter a different email address.

3. Where do I change my password?

You can change the password to your account as follows:

1. Click on the Account Settings link at the top right corner of the page.

4. Where do I change my answer to the security question?

The answer to your security question allows you to reset your password if you ever forget it and are unable to sign in to SimplifyEm. You can do this as follows:

1. Click on the Account Settings link at the top right corner of the page.
