The baby boomer generation is starting to retire. Currently the 50 plus age group numbers 74 million, and is adding a new member to their club every eight seconds. As the boomers gray, they are thinking of retirement, and the popular spots are in the sun-belt area.
According to a study by TopRetirements.com, towns from Florida followed by North Carolina and South Carolina dominate the list.

Prescott is number 3 on the list of top places to retire again. Prescott Arizona is moving up we were #5 a few years ago… My hometown is still one of the best places in the US to live.
