Single-Family Home Prices on the Rise

article1 After a 19% decrease since 2007 the home prices of detached, single-family homes has increased 1.6% nationwide, according to Integrated Asset Services (IAS), a specialist in residential collateral valuations.

This is the largest increase since July 2005!
