Many real estate investors that have been out of the market for many years in states where prices had mushroomed are back into the market picking up some great real estate deals.

They are finding bargains and some commercial properties are available at 1/3rd of the prices in 2004. Sellers who want to sell in current market are offering commercial real estate properties at prices that are very attractive to bargain-hungry real estate investors.

Many of the sellers had bought these properties at the peak of real estate boom. They are now finding themselves having difficulty financing their short-term debt. So they are forced to get rid of these commercial properties at lower prices. This is providing a huge opportunity for experienced real estate investors and landlords.
