Property Management Hignell
August 30, 2010: The Hignell Companies are excited to announce the launch of their newly re-designed website. This new website not only creatively describes the services of The Hignell Companies, but also markets The Hignell Companies in a more multi-faceted way than ever before. “Our new website gives our clients and potential clients a clearer picture of all the things we do as a company,” says Phil Larios, President and COO of The Hignell Companies. “It presents the real estate and property management side of our business, as well as the many in-depth construction and maintenance services we offer.”
Visitors to the website will find a completely renovated homepage featuring a large, interactive, two-sided building (in the shape of The Hignell Companies’ “H” logo) in the center of the page. The left side of the building features the label “Property Management,” under which you will find links for “Residential” and “Commercial” Property Management, “Homeowners Associations,” and “The Courtyard” (an assisted living facility). The right side of the building bears the label “Construction/Maintenance,” under which links for “Residential” and “Commercial”, “Construction,” “Services,” and “Heating and Air” can be located. Directly in the center of the building, visitors will find a link for “Property Search” for either “Residential” or “Commercial” properties. In addition, under the Services tab, customers will find links to Painting, Electrical, Plumbing and Cleaning for both Residential and Commercial needs.
Beyond the homepage, visitors can read clear descriptions of The Hignell Companies’ mission, purpose and vision, corporate team, and client testimonials. The new website also features “Chico Fun Facts” scattered throughout its many pages. The Hignell Companies hope that these fun facts will inform people about the history and legacy of the city of Chico, as well as instill within them a love for their hometown. “By showing our clients and potential clients that we offer the complete package, our new interactive website launches us into the new century,” says Larios.
