Property Management Company Hignell Companies
May 27, 2010: The Hignell Companies announce the expansion of their portfolio with a new commercial property management opportunity in Oroville. The company has recently signed a contract with a retail and office complex, Feather River Village. Feather River Village is The Hignell Companies’ second commercial property in Oroville, and their thirteenth overall in the Northern California area – comprising over 350,000 square feet of space.
Though Feather River Village currently has some vacancies in its complex, Greg Wietbrock, Vice President of Property Management at The Hignell Companies, is excited for the challenge of getting the property fully leased and is thrilled to add the management of another commercial property in Oroville. “We’re very glad to have the opportunity to manage Feather River Village,” says Wietbrock. “This property will engage every aspect of our services and will hopefully lead to even more growth for us in Oroville.”
John Iler, Property Manager at The Hignell Companies, will be in charge of overseeing this complex. Iler brings to Feather River Village over twelve years of experience within various capacities of both commercial and residential property management.
