Property Management Company Hignell
August 16th, 2010 Chico- The Hignell Companies announce the expansion of their association management services in Northern California with the addition of Lake California, a property owners’ association in Cottonwood. Located near the Sacramento River between Red Bluff and Redding, Lake California was developed in 1974 and now boasts an impressive 2,286 lots, a lake, multiple creeks, horse stables, and a campground.
