Real Estate Investment Banking HFF
June 25, 2010: Sorin Capital Management, LLC, (“Sorin”), an independent alternative investment firm, today announced a strategic advisory relationship with HFF Securities L.P., (“HFF Securities”), a wholly owned subsidiary of HFF, Inc., a leading provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services.
The HFF Securities/Sorin relationship brings together two leaders in the U.S. commercial real estate industry – HFF, through its operating partnerships Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP and HFF Securities, as one of the largest full-service commercial real estate financial intermediaries in the country and Sorin as a highly experienced investment manager specializing in the commercial real estate securities sector.
