Property Management Company Real Manage
RealManage announced today that the company has expanded its product offering to include single-family management and leasing services. RealRent is being launched initially in the company’s Las Vegas branch to provide community associations yet another service to cater to the needs of their homeowners. Licensed property managers and leasing agents will be responsible for assisting investment property owners in finding quality tenants and maintaining their rental units.
“Having an internal single-family management and leasing capability enables us to provide additional services to our current community associations clients. Our range of service will include advertising, tenant screening, rent collection and maintenance operations,” stated Steve Jordan, President Branch Operations.
