Omnia Space, the student lettings division launched 2008, has seen consolidated growth this year, taking on management of 500 beds, across 10 accommodation blocks and developing its website into one of the busiest student accommodation websites in the UK, receiving over 3,900 hits a month*. Niche targeting of UK and foreign students from over 100 countries has played a key role in the division’s bookings being 15% above target for 2011-12; each developments is already 90% occupied.
Block management has also played a key role in Omnia’s growth; its’ regional focus ensuring high levels of customer service.
