April 12, 2010: MAMCO Property Management is thrilled to welcome two homeowners associations to its portfolio and a new Community Manager, Carrie Poster, to the team.
MAMCO will provide Leisure Towne Homeowners Association on-site management services, including full financial administration, facilities management and operational management services. Leisure Towne Homeowners Association consists of 2,255 age-restricted, single family homes. The community is located in Southampton, NJ, and has two clubhouse facilities, two pools, and several recreation areas. The community has an on-site outreach program and operates a bus service.
With the addition of this community, MAMCO is pleased to announce the hiring of Carrie Poster, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), who will be the on-site community manager for Leisure Towne Homeowners Association. Carrie has previously served as a community manager at an active adult community and brings with her a positive and proactive method to managing operations while maintaining a customer-friendly approach with the people she serves.
For The Plaza Grande at Garden State Parke Condominium Association, MAMCO will deliver management services, including full financial administration, facilities management and operational management services. Additional maintenance and porter services have also been implemented.
Upon completion, The Plaza Grande at Garden State Parke will consist of 608 condominium homes for Active Adults with an 18,000 square foot complex known as the “Grande Club,” featuring a spa-like facility with indoor lap pool, whirlpool, massage and steam rooms and an exercise room. Also included are a library, theatre and billiards room, outdoor pool, sun deck and tennis and bocce courts. Currently, two buildings are complete with 100 units in operation and are managed by MAMCO portfolio manager, Jesse Chrzanowksi.
