June 29, 2010: Archway Property Management manages several commercial buildings primarily located in Orange County, NY. Got Wildlife? recently engaged its teams to assist in solving an “emergency” wildlife management issue. The properties involved multiple commercial tenants that were being exposed to aggressive wildlife that had breached and entered the properties. The wildlife in question had done so much interior and exterior damage it was originally thought to be “burglar related”. The police were contacted.
Archway management moved fast to expedite the tenant concern and requested Got Wildlife? intervene. Got Wildlife? performed a full interior and exterior inspection of the properties and developed a plan to diffuse the exposure immediately.
Got Wildlife? operated within early morning and very late evening hours throughout a three week time span to resolve the issue. Got Wildlife? worked to accommodate the management and offered a permanent plan to eliminate any further exposure to the property and tenants.
