Carter Hired to Manage Gunn Allen Building

June 24, 2010: Carter, one of the country’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms since 1958, has been hired to provide property management services for the Gunn Allen Building.

The 117,000 square foot building is a Class A, multi-tenant office building located in Tampa, Fla.

“The addition of the Gunn Allen building to Carter’s management portfolio is a big win for us,” said Holly Hughes, executive vice president of Carter’s Property and Facility Management Group. “It is a testament to Carter’s deep level of expertise in managing Class A office buildings.”

In addition to the Gunn Allen building, Carter manages 4 million square feet of office properties in Florida. In theTampa Bay area, Carter manages Hidden River I, II and III as well as Corporate Center I, II and III.

Sarah Wayson is the Carter general manager for the Gunn Allen portfolio, and Matt Zimmerman is responsible Carter’s Asset Management team. Clay Sovich, Ron Ruffner and Thomas Hernandez are providing leasing services for the building.
