HOUSTON, TX – Boxer Property, a commercial real estate investor and property management company, released the Boxer Tenant App, a free mobile application for its tenants. The application is available for iPhone, iPod touch, Android and Blackberry users. The mobile app provides a new way for tenants to communicate, making it easier to get in touch with building management and get questions answered regarding their lease.
The app is now available as a free download from iTunes, the AppStore, App World and the Android Market. The Boxer Tenant App allows users to send a maintenance request to their building maintenance person, request the temperature in their office to be changed, send questions to their leasing or building manager.
With this application, Boxer Property remains at the forefront of technology and information services for the commercial real estate industry, increasing the level of service that Boxer Property provides its tenants.

Features of the Boxer Tenant App include:
Maintenance Request: Tenants can send a request for maintenance of their space.
Temperature Change: Hot or too cold will be routed directly to building engineer.
Building and Leasing Manager Questions: Send lease or building questions directly to your property manager.
Refer a Tenant: Tenants can send referrals to Boxer Property.
