Property Management Akridge
Akridge announced today the addition of Tae-Sik Yoon to its senior management team. Mr. Yoon will serve as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and have primary responsibility for coordinating the capital markets activities of the Company, including accessing capital needed to complete transactions and to foster the continued growth of the Company. In his role, Mr. Yoon will also be involved in business development activities and identifying new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Akridge, Mr. Yoon was most recently a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of J.E. Robert Company, Inc. (JER), a real estate investment management firm. At JER, he worked on the formation and management of real estate investment funds and entities and served on JER’s management committee and global investment committee. Previously, Mr. Yoon worked in the real estate investment banking group of Morgan Stanley & Co. and was an attorney at the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP. “We are excited to welcome Tae-Sik to our strong team at Akridge,” said

Mr. Yoon received his B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Yoon is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. He is a former Trustee of the Langley School in McLean, VA and served as Chair of the Finance Committee.
