Investing in Real Estate Market Bottom

It is always hard to predict a market high and a market bottom. In case of real estate, many real estate investors are wondering whether the market has finally bottomed out.  Prices in some of the markets, which experienced the worst of the real estate crash, are seeing prices increase.  For example, prices in Miami-South Dade area of Florida have seen prices go up according to Case-Shiller Home Price Index.

In the Miami-South Dade area of Florida — ground zero for the worst boom and bust cycle — prices have actually increased for the third straight month, according to the Case-Shiller Home Price Index.
