I was unable to pay back taxes so the city auctioned the house and land off. I recently contacted the owner and explained to him that me and my family had fallen on hard times and would like to know how I can claim back ownership. He offered to sell back the House and land for a reasonable amount . But I am disabled and have been out of the regular work force for 4 yrs now .
