All the right market conditions exsist to buy and hold multifamily properties. You have the opportunity to purchase these properties below market value. Depending on your location these properties will appreciate in value with the recovery of the real estate market. In Bellingham WA we have other events that will accelerate our recovery. The major event is our “Waterfront Development Project” and the comming of the “baby boomers” please visit my website for all the details. I am looking for investors who want to participate in this investment opportunity.
