		<description>Not to justify some of these fees, and at some point some sort of bankruptcy route needs to be available to allow people to modify loans which cannot be paid back, but since the beginning of time people have been borrowing money, not paying it back, pretending that they didn&#039;t understand what was going to happen when they didn&#039;t pay it back, and then claiming a moral entitlement to not have to pay it back. This song is as old as money, and it will continue to be sung for so long as there are debtors.</description>
