Residential Rental Property Attractive to Tenants

Property Management is a business where tenants are clients and the product is the rental property. The product – a rental property has to be looked at from the eye of the potential customer. The best way to see the property from the eyes of a potential tenant is to walk across the street from the property and determine whether the property looks attractive.

If you want to make the property attractive to tenants, the 5 simple tips for property managers, landlords and property management companies are:

1. Impress a potential tenant with a clean front yard and so clean up the plant beds, prune shrubs and trim the tree branches.

2. Make the entrance to the rental property attractive and the easiest way to do that is by adding pots filled with colorful plants.

3.  If you have a big enough front yard to fit a bench or a birdbath, find a nice spot and place them there. Replace an old mailbox with a new one and add some plants at the base.

4. Make the path to the front door attractive by installing landscape lighting.

5. Improve the pathway even further by adding row of bricks or pavers along the pathway edge.
