Rental Property Management includes negotiating contracts for janitorial, security, landscaping, trash removal, and other services. Rental property management entails ensure that renting and advertising practices are not discriminatory and that the residential rental property itself acts in accordance with the local, State, and Federal regulatory and building codes.
