The Tenant Report is a monthly record of the rents received or any outstanding balance due for all tenants for a property. You can generate this report from the reports page:
1. Go to the Reports page and select the property for which you want to generate the tenant report for. If you select “View All” to view all your properties, the tenant report will be generated for all properties.

2. Scroll down to the “Tenant Report” section of the page. Select the month for which you want to generate the report for and click on the “Generate” button.
The report will open in a separate window. You can the print the report for your report using the Print Report link located to the top right of the report.
The Tenant Payment History Report shows you a tenant’s outstanding balance. This report can be generated for individual tenants only.
