Foreclosure Third Procedure

When the initial three month reinstatement or cure period ends, landlord and rental property owner’s lender or its servicing agent can move forward and direct the trustee to schedule the foreclosure sale of their home. By now, they should consider the possibility of relocating in anticipation their lender or its servicing agent may require them to move from their home after the foreclosure sale occurs and the eviction process is completed. Some lenders may offer the rental property owners and landlords the opportunity to remain in their home following the foreclosure sale on a mutually acceptable basis. For example, the lender or its servicing agent may ask them to stay in the home for the payment of rent.
